Introducing Alaio: A New Name, and a New AI-Ready Tier Called Vibe+

If you're one of our Bitrix24 clients, you're going to start seeing a new name and a new plan option over the coming months. Here's what's actually changing, what it means for your account, and whether you should care.

The short version

• Bitrix24's plan lineup is being renamed Essentials — same tools you use today, nothing lost.
• A brand-new premium tier called Vibe+ is launching alongside it, built for businesses that want to lean into AI, automation, and custom app development.
• Nothing changes automatically. Your current plan and pricing stay exactly as they are until your subscription renews (or November 17, 2026, whichever is later).
• If AI and automation aren't a priority for you right now, you can simply stay on Essentials — same product, same price, same everything.

Why this is happening

AI adoption inside Bitrix24 has been accelerating, and a lot of you have been asking for the same things: ways to automate repetitive admin work, connect tools like Claude or ChatGPT directly into your CRM, and build custom applications without hiring a developer. Vibe+ is the answer to that demand — it bundles a new AI development platform (Vibecode), a much larger AI allowance, and direct AI-agent connectivity into a single upgrade.

What's new in Vibe+

Three things sit at the core of the Vibe+ upgrade:

Vibecode — an integrated platform for building custom, AI-powered business applications on top of your existing Bitrix24 setup, without needing a traditional developer.

A much bigger AI allowance — every Vibe+ plan raises your AI ceiling well beyond what's available on Essentials. The entry-level Vibe+ plan gives you 10x the standard AI allowance, and the higher Vibe+ plans include unlimited AI usage plus priority processing when demand is high.

MCP server connectivity — this lets external AI tools you may already use, like Claude or ChatGPT, connect directly into your Bitrix24 workspace to read data and take action, instead of living in a separate browser tab disconnected from your CRM.

On top of these three, Vibe+ plans also raise the ceiling on the everyday stuff: more storage (up to 4TB), a much higher email sending limit (up to 350,000/month), more admin seats (up to 30), unlimited REST API access, and unlimited access to the Bitrix24 Market.

Ask yourself a few questions:

• Are you spending time on manual, repetitive admin work you'd like AI to just handle?
• Is there a workflow in your business that off-the-shelf software has never quite fit?
• Do you already use tools like ChatGPT or Claude, and wish they could reach directly into your CRM?

If you answered yes to any of these, Vibe+ is worth a conversation. If your team is running standard CRM, task management, and communication workflows and things are working well, Essentials remains a genuinely solid, no-compromise option — there's no pressure to move, and you can always upgrade later.

What happens to your current plan

Nothing changes for you today. Your existing subscription continues to run exactly as it does now — same features, same pricing — until your current billing period ends or November 17, 2026, whichever comes later. There's no forced migration and no surprise charge.

When it's time to renew, we'll walk you through whether Vibe+ makes sense for your business, based on how you're actually using Bitrix24 day to day.

A word on pricing

Vibe+ plans sit above the equivalent Essentials plan, but a migration promo is currently in effect that narrows the gap significantly — bringing the difference down to roughly 20% more than what you'd pay on Essentials, for the full set of Vibe+ features. This is a limited-time incentive tied to the migration window, not a permanent price point, so if Vibe+ looks like a fit, it's worth having the conversation sooner rather than later. Full plan-by-plan pricing is available on request.

If a full annual commitment doesn't feel right for you yet, ask us about quarterly billing — it's available exclusively through us as your partner, and it's a good way to try Vibe+ without locking in for a year.

Also on the horizon: Cowork/Code

Bitrix24 has also previewed a companion product called Cowork/Code — a personal AI assistant built on top of the Vibecode platform, with access to your real data inside your own Bitrix24 workspace. It's not yet available and pricing hasn't been confirmed, but the idea is an AI assistant that can work your documents, manage tasks, and build reports grounded in your actual operational data, authenticated through your own Bitrix24 account rather than a separate third-party connection. We'll share more as soon as it's confirmed.
